WHAT WILL HELP SOLVE YOUR BRAND’S PROBLEMS?
Our goal for this shoot was to showcase the simplicity and ease of everyday adventures with Thread Wallets. When it comes to shooting with brands, we’re constantly asking ourselves, “What will help solve this brand’s problems?”. Here are a few of the biggest problems we see brands make:
- Not having diversity or inclusivity in their content. What kind of people are being represented? Is their content only showing a certain demographic? We are always looking to create content that shows people in all walks of life. The more relatable brands are to their audience, the easier it is to build customer loyalty.
- Not having video or reel content. 82% of content consumed on social media today is short form video (7-13 second videos). Most social media platforms are pushing video content over photo content. So, brands risk their content being overlooked if they aren’t creating short form video content to capture their audience’s attention. Video content should engage, entertain, and educate your audience about what your brand / product does!

- Not showing diversity in location for your brand or product. Most people can’t envision your exact product for their next trip or adventure until they see what it would look like. Rather than hoping they buy your product and take it with them, show them what it would look like. Plan photo and video shoots in multiple different locations such as the beach, mountains, city/urban settings, etc. to show how your product can be used in these settings.
Shooting with brands gives us as creatives ultimate creative freedom. We get to come up with these different ideas that showcase a brand’s product and how we can best market it to their target audience. From planning, to styling, to location scouting, to execution – each brand shoot serves a purpose.
