After you've chosen your package, we'll send over a contract and invoice to officially book your project. This will outline exactly what you've selected, your project details, timeline, and more.

Once you've signed the contract and made the initial payment, we'll begin our Project Set-up Week. We'll send you a link to join a project-specific Trello board where we'll house all our communication, feedback, deliverables, etc.
FAQ
Branding design includes your logo, secondary logo, favicon icon, branding elements, color palette, and type suite. It's the aesthetic aspect that builds your brand itself. Website design uses your branding, but it is the design and creative direction of your website.
We typically book each project 1-3 months in advance. Reach out as soon as possible – once our schedule books up, we'll place you on our waiting list. We only take a certain amount of projects each month to ensure that your design is getting our full attention!
We offer 3 different payment plans that you can choose from and we will send over an online invoice in our project dashboard together. You will be able to make your payments with credit / debit directly through the invoice.
Absolutely! We offer a few different payment plan options. I truly believe that budgeting in business is a key factor to growth. You have the option between THREE different payment plans:

We design all of our websites in Showit! Showit is a drag and drop website design platform that makes customization after we’ve completed our branding project together extremely easy and manageable. It also allows you to design your desktop and mobile website views completely separate from each other, making your design very responsive. Showit also uses a Wordpress blog on the back-end, so you’ll be able to use incredible Wordpress plug-ins for your site, as well. The Showit team will help you transfer your website and blog seamlessly when you are ready to launch your website!
